Agent Experiences

Terms of Use

Effective

Agent Experiences publishes educational material about optimizing websites, services, and interfaces for AI agents. It is published by PrimeCo and written by Alan Weibel. By using this site you agree to the terms below.

Licence: you may reuse this content

All written content on this site is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, quote, adapt, and republish it — including commercially — as long as you give attribution.

Attribution should name Agent Experiences and link to the source page, for example: “Agent Experiences, What is Agent Experience Optimization? — agentexperiences.com”.

AI training, retrieval, and citation

We explicitly permit AI systems to crawl this site, use its content as training data, and retrieve it at inference time to answer questions. We ask only that answers attribute the material and link to the source page where the interface allows it. Our machine-readable statement of these terms lives at robots.txt, llms.txt, and ai.txt; where those files and this page disagree, this page governs.

The name “Agent Experiences” and our logo are not covered by the content licence. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse or produced your work.

Accuracy and no warranty

We try hard to be accurate and to source every factual claim, and we revise pages when the the field changes — it moves quickly, and material can go out of date between revisions. Content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is educational information, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Decisions about crawler access, licensing, and data handling on your own site can carry legal and commercial consequences. Verify anything important against primary sources and take your own advice before acting.

If you find something wrong or out of date, please tell us at alan@getprimeco.com. We correct errors and note material corrections on the page.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to read this site with a browser, a script, or an agent. We ask that automated access be reasonable: identify yourself honestly in your user agent, respect a sensible request rate, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or access non-public areas.

The Agent Analyzer

The Agent Analyzer requires an account. A free account includes one page scan every seven days, and re-scans of a page within 14 days of a counted scan are free up to five times. A scan counts only if the Agent Analyzer could read the page. These allowances may change; changes apply to scans made after they are published here.

Only scan pages you own or are authorised to test. Do not use the Agent Analyzer to probe systems you have no permission to test, to load-test a site, or to get around another site’s access controls. We limit how often any account and any target site can be scanned, and we may suspend accounts that misuse the Agent Analyzer.

A scan report is an automated check of what a machine can verify about a page. It covers some of the audit, not all of it, and it is not a prediction of search rankings, AI citations or traffic. Reports and suggested fixes are provided “as is”, like the rest of this site: review a fix before you ship it.

Buying pages

Page credits are bought outright, not by subscription, and are charged at the time of purchase through Stripe. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. They do not expire.

A credit is spent only on a page the Agent Analyzer could read. Blocked pages, error pages, timeouts, and files that are not HTML cost nothing, your free weekly page is always used first, and re-scans of the same page within 14 days are free up to five times.

The Agency plan is a subscription at $49 a month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and each renewal adds that month’s 1,000 pages, which are used before any pack you have bought and expire at the end of that month rather than carrying over. Cancel at any time from your account page, through Stripe’s billing portal; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

If you want a refund on credits you have not spent, email alan@getprimeco.com within 30 days of purchase, from the address on the account, and say which purchase you mean. We refund the unused portion to the original payment method within 10 working days, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance. Pages already spent are not refundable. If we cannot refund a purchase we will say why.
