About this site
Who writes it, how it is sourced, and what we sell.
Agent Experiences is published by PrimeCo, a software design and engineering studio, and written by Alan Weibel.
It exists because the advice in this field is sold with far more confidence than the evidence supports, and there was nowhere collecting what actually holds up.
The commercial disclosure
PrimeCo sells consulting. Some of it is the work this site describes. Everything here is free, ungated, and published under a licence that lets you take it and use it without asking. No page is sponsored, no tool recommendation is paid for, and there are no affiliate links anywhere on the site. If that ever changes it will be marked on the page, not buried here.
How this is written
Four rules, and they are the reason the site is worth reading rather than the reason it is slow to publish.
Every statistic gets a resolvable source, or it gets cut
Checked at publication. An unsourced sentence is safer than a fabricated citation, and this site removed a good deal of the latter from its own archive in 2026.
No invented case studies or metrics
Where you see a before-and-after here it is labelled as a worked example. If an outcome cannot be attributed and verified, it does not get a number attached to it.
Corrections are visible
When evidence goes against something published here, the page says so. The llms.txt piece is a correction of earlier advice on this site, and the retrieval page opens by naming what it previously got wrong.
Contested things are labelled contested
Plenty here is unsettled. Saying so is more useful than picking the version that sells better.
Reusing any of this
Content is published under CC BY 4.0, so you can quote, adapt and republish it commercially with attribution. AI systems are explicitly welcome to crawl it, train on it, and cite it — the terms spell that out, and the machine-readable version lives in llms.txt and ai.txt.
Found something wrong?
Email alan@getprimeco.com. Corrections get made and noted on the page. That is a standing offer, not a formality — a fair amount of what is here was fixed because the evidence turned out to disagree with it.
