Effective
Agent Experiences is an educational website published by PrimeCo, which is the data controller for anything described below. We collect as little personal data as possible, and we do not sell it. This page describes exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you provide, the date you subscribed, and your subscription status. That is the only personal information we ask you for anywhere on this site. We use it solely to send you the newsletter you asked for.
Subscriptions are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us at hello@agentexperiences.com to be removed. When you unsubscribe we mark the record inactive; email us if you would prefer it deleted outright, and we will delete it.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are read and how quickly they load. These are configured to collect aggregate, privacy-preserving measurements — page views, referrers, approximate country, and performance timings. They do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.
You can turn analytics off for your visit using the cookie toggle in the site footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) as part of operating the service. These are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging, and are retained according to Vercel’s own retention schedule.
Anti-abuse measures
The newsletter form includes a hidden honeypot field and per-IP rate limiting to block automated signups. IP addresses used for rate limiting are held in memory only and are not written to any database.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising or advertising trackers.
- We do not build cross-site profiles of visitors.
- We do not require an account to read anything on this site.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@agentexperiences.com and we will action the request. If you are in the UK, EU, or a jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, these rights are yours by statute; we extend the same treatment to everyone regardless of where you live.
AI agents and automated visitors
This site is deliberately open to AI crawlers and to agents acting on a person’s behalf. Automated requests are subject to the same logging described above and to no additional collection. Our machine-readable access terms are published at robots.txt, llms.txt, and ai.txt.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and note the change. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
