Privacy Policy

Agent Experiences is an educational website published by PrimeCo, which is the data controller for anything described below. We collect as little personal data as possible, and we do not sell it. This page describes exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you provide, the date you subscribed, your subscription status, and the IP address and browser user agent the signup came from. We use the email address solely to send you the newsletter you asked for, and the IP address and user agent only to detect and remove automated signups.

Subscriptions are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that works in one click, without signing in, and you can also email us at alan@getprimeco.com to be removed. When you unsubscribe we mark the record inactive; email us if you would prefer it deleted outright, and we will delete it.

Agent Analyzer accounts

The Agent Analyzer needs an account. We store your email address and the dates you created the account and last signed in. If you sign up with a password, Supabase stores it as a one-way hash; we never see it.

Having an account does not put you on the newsletter. We ask separately when you sign up, with a box that starts unticked, and we only send it if you tick it. If you do, you can unsubscribe from any issue without affecting your account. Sign-in and password emails are not marketing and are sent whether or not you subscribed.

For each scan we store the URL you asked us to check, the report, when it ran, and whether it used your free weekly page, a free re-scan or a credit. Reports are visible only to you. We keep your account and scans until you delete them, which you can do at any time from your account page; deleting the account deletes every scan and report with it.

Signing in sets cookies that keep you signed in. They are strictly necessary for the account to work, are set only on the Agent Analyzer, account and sign-in pages, and are not used for analytics or advertising. Accounts, scans and sessions are stored with Supabase. Account emails (confirmation and password reset) are sent through Resend. To slow down automated sign-in attempts we record failed attempts against the IP address and email address involved for 15 minutes.

Scanning a page means our server requests that page, and a few standard files on the same site, from the site’s own servers, identifying itself as AgentExperiencesScanner. Only scan sites you are entitled to test.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are read and how quickly they load. These are configured to collect aggregate, privacy-preserving measurements — page views, referrers, approximate country, and performance timings. They do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

You can turn analytics off for your visit using the cookie toggle in the site footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) as part of operating the service. These are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. On our plan Vercel keeps runtime logs for 24 hours, after which they are deleted automatically. We do not copy them anywhere else.

Anti-abuse measures

The newsletter form includes a hidden honeypot field and per-IP rate limiting to block automated signups. The IP address and user agent of each signup are stored with the subscription, as described above. The Agent Analyzer limits how many scans each account can run per minute, using the scan records themselves.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run advertising or advertising trackers.
• We do not build cross-site profiles of visitors.
• We do not require an account to read anything on this site. Only the Agent Analyzer needs one.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, delete your account from your account page, ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email alan@getprimeco.com and we will action the request. If you are in the UK, EU, or a jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, these rights are yours by statute; we extend the same treatment to everyone regardless of where you live.

AI agents and automated visitors

This site is deliberately open to AI crawlers and to agents acting on a person’s behalf. Automated requests are subject to the same logging described above and to no additional collection. Our machine-readable access terms are published at robots.txt, llms.txt, and ai.txt.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and note the change. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
